We cultivate a diverse range of staple and high value crops including cassava ,yam, maize, plantain, vegetables(leafy greens, tomatoes ,peppers, okra) and fruits such as pineapple, pawpaw, mango and citrus. Intercropping and crop rotation systems are employed to maintain soil health and maximize land use
The farm will raise improved breeds of poultry(layers and broilers), goats, sheep and potentially cattle. All animals are raised with emphasis on animal welfare , proper nutrition and biosecutity. Value addition is at core of our operations . We plan to process cassava into garri , fufu, and flour, fruits into juice and vegetables into packaged products to reduce post harvest losses and increase income. Bisco farms is committed to regenerative agriculture. We use organic manure, cover cropping , composting and minimal tillage. Rainwater harvesting , drip irrigation where possible and solar powered systems will reduce our environmental footprint and operational costs.
Our Discovery
We actively train and employ young people and women in modern farming techniques, agribusiness and leadership, creating dignified rural jobs and reducing urban migration.
The farm will serve as an agricultural hub offering extension services demonstration plots, and out grower schemes for neighboring farmers. A portion of produce will support local schools and vulnerable households through our community outreach program.
Our Mission
Use of improved seed varieties ,soil testing, farm management apps and basic mechanization(tractors, planters , harvesters) to boost productivity while keeping operations accessible.
Direct supply to markets, supermarkets, hotels and restaurants in Lagos, Ibadan , Abuja etc. We also aim to build a strong brand around “Fresh from Bisco farms ” traceable, hygienic and trustworthy Nigerian produce. Bisco farms aspires to become one of Nigeria leading privately driven , climate smart agricultural models. By 2030 , we aim to expand to 150 acres , achieve full organic certification where feasible ,develop an agritourism component (farm tours, farm stays, educational visits) and contribute meaningfully to Nigeria food self sufficiency goals. Our motto “Growing more than food- growing futures”.

Bisco farms is a forward thinking , mixed enterprise agricultural project taking shape on 80 acres of fertile, loamy soil in Ajebo village /Abeokuta/Ogun state. Blessed with a tropical climate that supports two planting seasons supplemented by boreholes and good road access to major markets. Founded by Ololade Surakatu passion for reviving productive , community centered farming, Bisco farms blends time tested local wisdom with practical modern methods. Our goal is simple yet ambitious produce abundant ,safe, and affordable food while healing the land , creating dignified jobs and building a resilient agribusiness model that young Nigerians can be proud of.
